Consultation Confirmation
At least 24 hours in advance, we will contact you by telephone, or by another preferred means indicated by you, with the aim of reminding you and confirming your presence at the appointment.
Query
On the scheduled day, when you go to our reception and after filling out your clinical form, you will be asked to wait in our waiting room, where you will be notified when it is time for your appointment. Although the number of doctors and offices allows Oceanus to substantially reduce waiting times, it is our objective to provide everyone who visits us – patients and companions – with maximum well-being and satisfaction.
1st time consultation
At Oceanus, all new patients will have to undergo a diagnostic consultation, which we call “First Time Consultation”. In the first phase, the patient is received by one of our assistants, who will provide full support in filling out a clinical form. This is followed by a visit to the Imaging service, to perform a digital panoramic orthopantomography, which together with observation will serve as a basis for the doctor to evaluate all aspects related to the patient's oral health and draw up an appropriate treatment plan for each case. From day one we aim to meet your expectations.
Emergency Service
Emergencies arise unexpectedly, which is why Clínica Oceanus has a medical team dedicated to responding to these situations on the same day, without you having to wait for a schedule to be available to schedule an appointment. It will also be possible to resolve urgent situations that require the support of the dental prosthetics laboratory, depending on the laboratory's availability.
Emergency consultations always depend on the availability of the Medical Team on duty.
